How we work
We read the care label
Every item is checked at the counter: fabric, label, stains, loose buttons. We tell you what we see before you leave.
We warn you before any risk
An old stain, a fragile fabric or a missing label: we explain what can happen and you decide.
A ticket for every item
Each item is listed on your ticket with its price and the day it will be ready.
Buttons sewn back on, free
A loose button on a shirt or a jacket left for cleaning is sewn back on at no charge.
For cleaning
Drop off at the counter
No appointment for cleaning. For alterations, try the garment on at the shop so we can pin it.
We check it with you
Label, stains, fragile parts: we agree on the treatment and the price, written on your ticket.
Cleaned, pressed, finished
Each item is treated for its fabric, then pressed by hand and covered.
Collect with your ticket
On the day written on the ticket. You pay when you collect.

Words from the fitting room
"My trousers taken up and my mother's coat taken in, pinned in front of me. Perfect fit."
"Red wine on a cream jacket. They said honestly it might not all come out. It did."
"Five shirts every Monday, ready on Wednesday, folded or on hangers as I like. Never a missed week."
